At the heart of Armour Coaching is Bob Armour, a Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC) with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in global IT and telecommunications companies. Bob understands the realities of leadership first-hand and brings a direct, structured, and commercially grounded approach to every engagement.
Known for his direct and structured style, Bob works with clients to sharpen decision-making, strengthen communication, and align leadership to business outcomes. He also serves as a faculty member and mentor with the Awaken Coach Institute, helping train and support the next generation of coaches.
