Coaching has been instrumental in my professional development. Working with Bob Armour specifically has accelerated my growth, confidence, and the opportunities I feel able to say yes to in immeasurable ways. I was fortunate enough to meet Bob at the very beginning of my career, and I am incredibly grateful for the lessons he has imparted, all of which have strengthened my confidence and boosted my professional growth.

Being new to the industry has often felt daunting, but I have never felt the full weight of imposter syndrome because I have consistently been encouraged to push myself and reach levels of potential I would not have otherwise recognised in myself.
