Founder Bob Armour is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Before establishing Armour Coaching, he spent more than two decades in senior leadership roles within global IT and telecommunications organisations.
That experience gives Bob a first-hand understanding of the relationship between leadership behaviour and the experience of employees.
